Service Description

Sunset will send a qualified senior manager to meet with you to determine whether you are a good fit for our program. We will then introduce a caregiver who we feel would make a good companion. This is the cornerstone of our process. We only take clients we feel will increase the quality of their lives, and we must have full support from the family members involved. Our goal is to discover what our client has always wanted to do but has never found the time to turn those dreams into reality. Once we have finished the Senior Care Plan, introduced the caregiver, and met the client, we draw up a bilateral contract, locking your price in for the length of the contract. Once this is done, we expect your first week's invoice to be paid in advance. We know that personalities do not always click, so it is not unheard of to switch caregivers if the first caregiver doesn't connect with the client. It is not a good or a bad thing to need to try another caregiver because of its importance to the program we have designed. The most important part of our process is having a caregiver who makes the client light up when they enter the room. In the first 2-4 weeks, you will notice a noticeable difference in your loved one's personality and desire for life. We are making miracles happen one day at a time.
